Interviewing Mr. Gourav Kumar(CEO of GRAPS next social)

I interviewed Mr. Gourav Kumar Das, I loved to feature him and his work in this interview series. Personal brand and own startup can be exciting, challenging and fulfilling.
So I was really excited to interviewing him and want to more about his journey and about his company. Founded in 2019 by Mr. Gourav and his team. After he graduating from IIT Roorkee in 2016 with a B.Tech in
Computer Science joined in a software company. After year-long stint as a Software development engineer he decided to build his own personal brand with his team. At first he was started working as a freelancer after that he build this start up named as GRAPS Next Social. It is a product-based company ,where new products are introduced having good market value and satisfies a wide range of customers. They are also dealing with improving and adding new features to products utilizing different technologies.
I asked what was the insight that drove you to form the company?
Understanding what the customers need and their insights allow our business teams to gain understanding of how customers think and feel about our products and services. Why did you start your own personal brand/startup company? He think nobody really knows for sure if they are ready to start a business or not. Having your own business is very satisfying especially if your purpose is to truly please your customers or clients with your products and at the same time earn a lot of money. Nothing compares to the feeling you get when you find out people actually enjoy what you sell or produce. Kindly mention some of the major challenges the company has faced till now. One of the biggest challenges we faced as a company has been to convince leading start-ups and organizations to look beyond conventional recruitment practices and hire non-IIT students. He started his company with a group of 4 people and now we have more that 20 people working with us.

So all you need to a build a personal brand is the satisfaction feeling that motivates one to open a startup and inspire many. This is a good news:It means you don’t have to have a brilliant new idea to start your successful business. You build on your existing
knowledge base and able to work in a environment you like.
